Please be advised that there are now 2 applications which need to be processed by the Borough; (Mersea/CBRE (2014)) and now Crest. IBC might possibly determine these at a planning committee before we receive the outcome of the Inquiry in Public of the Core Strategy Review. It is the Core Strategy which should govern ALL future Planning Applications up until 2031.
NB.
SOCS who attended and gave evidence at the Core Strategy Inquiry,
only saw 2 IBC Councillors in
attendance during the 11 days of the Inquiry.
They Councillors were Lockington (St Margarets), who attended & gave evidence &
Councillor Jones who attended for a short periods.
No other Councillor including other members of the IBC Planning Committee from IBC attended.

Petition BOTH your local Suffolk County Councillors and Ipswich Borough Councillors with your concerns & send questions to and attend Area Committees.
