Ipswich North Fringe -"Ipswich Garden Suburb"- Crest submit "Henley Gate" Planning Application

SOCS has received the following today;

Dear All,

Crest Nicholson have submitted an outline planning application for their part of the Ipswich Garden Suburb development. Public consultation on the application has commenced and details can be viewed on the Council’s website using reference number 16/00608.

The proposal includes provision of up to 1,100 homes, country park, primary school and retail/community provision.

As members of the Planning and Development Committee and representatives of groups with a particular interest in the Ipswich Garden Suburb, I would like to invite you to an information session for this most recent planning application. The session will consist of a presentation to be given by the applicants, followed by an opportunity for you to ask questions about the proposals. We would expect the presentation to be around 30 minutes followed by an hour of Q & As.

Councillor Jones will chair the session.

Regards
