It's
good that Department of Health has costed this impact as between £18
( health Impacts) and £ 57 billion (overall costs. The
following will need to be taken seriously into account. There appears
to be a growing legal precedent to.

The
National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) says air pollution
in England contributes to the deaths of 25,000 people each year.
Samantha Heath was on the NICE guideline committee and Cllr Martin
Tett is chairman of the Local Government Association’s Environment,
Economy, Housing and Transport Board.
The guideline is for;
Local
authority staff working in:public health, including environmental
health
transport
planninglocal air quality management
SOCS
and the NFPG have just responded to IBC CSR and Local Plan
Consultation.
We have yet to find where the Public Health Impacts from Air Pollution we asked for at the IBC Inquiry are written into the IBC Core
